Joseph F. Murphy

Joseph F. Murphy is a 1987 graduate of Long Island University/C.W. Post College and obtained his law degree in 1996 from Widener University School of Law where he graduated cum laude. Since obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, he has been representing clients in civil matters, including personal injury, products liability, medical and dental malpractice, and construction litigation; residential real estate transactions; business law, including asset purchase agreements and stock transfers; estate planning/wills; and matters before the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Mr. Murphy has achieved notable success in trying civil actions, including more than a hundred jury trials and arbitrations throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has also lectured to and instructed law students in the art of trial advocacy. Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and York County Bar Association. He is married with two children and resides in Hershey Pennsylvania.
