Paul G. Lutz

Paul G. Lutz was born in 1952, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1974, his Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England College School of Law in 1981 and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Villanova University in 1985. In addition to Pennsylvania, Paul is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut as well as before the United States Tax Court, United States Claims Court and the Eastern and Middle District Federal Courts for Pennsylvania. Paul is a member of the Pennsylvania (Sections on Business Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Taxation) Bar Association and the York County (Sections on Estate Planning and Real Estate) Bar Association as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also an approved settlement agent for Conestoga Title Co. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial law, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, wills and trusts, elder law, liquor law, real estate and tax law.

Paul serves as local counsel for many closely held businesses and restaurants in York and York County and has been actively involved over the years in many non-profit organizations including York/Adams Mental Health-Mental Retardation and Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board (past President); Wellspan Foundation Annual Kids First Campaign (past Vice Chair) and Children and Family Services of Central Pennsylvania (former Director). He was also a former Director and Treasurer of both the York County Bar Association and the York County Bar Foundation; a former Director, Vice President and Acting President of York Little League; former Director and Past President of Family Service of York and York County and former Director and Past Chairperson for Family Service Partners.
